this was soemthing I've heard. now it's ONLY a rumour at this point but this would have been something very itneresting to read if his autobiography was ever published which it hasn't. but i heard a rumour that jack was NOT as close to mark lester as was originally believed. now i don't know how true that is .that is one secret jack took to his grave with him. some people said jack was good freinds with Nark lester all his life while somebody online said it wasn't necesarily true. Mark lester said "our friendship was soemthing very very special which lasted throughout our lives jack was always like a brother to me" and i believe marks words. it would have been nice too to know what jack and tracy had to say about jack in the melody reunion which is virtually non existant now.
